In this class, you will practice foundational yoga poses that can enhance your physical, mental and emotional well-being and support the healing of traumas experienced as a POC in this society.
Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided. Please pre-register if possible, but drop-ins are welcome. Free for all.
