BCCS is partnering with Bridges Through Yoga to lead some easy movement and breathing exercises to help our bodies be better prepared to participate in an anti-racist community conversation. The session will highlight text from "My Grandmother's Hands" and handouts will be provided. BCCS staff, families, and community members may participate in-person outdoors at the Brooklyn Center Secondary campus or virtually through Zoom. For those who choose to participate in-person, we will practice social-distancing and ask that you bring a mat, towel or blanket for your space and wear a mask until the movement portion of the class begins. For those who choose to participate virtually, a Zoom link will be shared with you 24 hours before the conversation. In order to participate, please complete this form.
