Relax. Rejuvenate. Restore. Around this time of year there is increased pressure to be and give more to others than yourself. This can manifest in many different ways physically, mentally, and emotionally. Self-care is of the utmost importance. What is better to give yourself than time for self-care?
We would like to invite you to participate in an all-levels practice to move the body, breathe, release. The practice will close with a soothing guided relaxation. Following the practice we will have time to be in community with others, share food (potluck-style), and hold space for anything that may arise. One Yoga will provide free chai for you to sip on in this welcoming community environment.
This is a donation-based event. Donations in any amount to support One Yoga Outreach Programs and the instructor's livelihood are welcome.
