Interested in exploring the practices of yoga in a safe space for People of Color?
In this FREE Intro to Yoga class, you will learn and practice a variety of foundational yoga poses that can enhance your physical, mental and emotional well-being and support the healing of traumas experienced as a person of color in this society.
A regular yoga practice is known to:
-Improve mental clarity
-Increase muscular strength
-Provide a sense of connection to self and community
Come and experience for yourself what yoga can do for you!
Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided. Please pre-register if possible, but drop-ins are welcome. Free for all. No experience necessary.
