This event will give POC an opportunity to join together, move the body, breathe, and explore mindfulness practices. Following a 75 minute, all-levels yoga practice, there will be a potluck with free chai tea served to provide time for us to listen to each other’s stories, and learn how yoga practices can be used to heal, connect, and grow collectively.
This class is donation-based so give freely in the way that best serves you and bring a dish to share if it moves you.
